Job Title: Radio Advertising Sales Representative
Location: KRXT 98.5 FM – Milam Lee and Williamson Counties

  KRXT 98.5 FM is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Professionals to join our growing team. This position is responsible for seeing our clients succeed.  Our job is to improve our client’s business.  Done one client partner at a time. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses
• Sell radio advertising campaigns, sponsorships, and promotional packages tailored to client goals.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and outreach.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts.
• Work closely with programming and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and station promotions.

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience, preferably in media, broadcasting, or advertising but it you’ve sold anything from Boots to barb wire we want to talk with you.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
• Passion for seeing everyone win.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
